Our mission is to deliver next-generation mobilty, protection and reliability to our partners in Europe and beyond. GermanTec Automotive vehicles are engineered, certified and quality-assured in Germany according to international standards, guaranteeing performance and security for the most demanding missions.
WHO WE ARE
We entered the automotive industry over 20 years ago with production facilities in Germany, Middle East and lately expanding to Hungary.
We believe that in a globalized world, international experience and international standards are of essence. That is one of the reasons why we do what we do. Advanced automotive mobility and security solutions require substantial know how, a supply chain of the highest quality and an international network of professionals with a proven track record.

We work with world leading manufacturers in engineering, prototyping, toolmaking and series production. The range of services is complemented by our special vehicles production. Based on the exact automotive industry manufacturing standards, we develop and manufacture individual and armoured vehicles of the highest level.
Leading in R&D, concept and design, fast and reliable on-time production, ensuring a quality in-house manufacturing process offering jointly with us to support our clients as well as our after sales management.
Our partners are certified partners of Mercedes-Benz, MAN, and other OEMs as well as certified by independent German government testing laboratories.
OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
GermanTec Automotive is led by the CEOs Frank Mauersberger, Bjoern Heinrich and the CTO Uwe Fabian who strive to meet the ambitious requirements of our international clients.
FRANK MAUERSBERGER (CEO)
Studied international management and business administration in Hamburg Germany. After a successful career with Audi AG as head of Marketing and DaimlerChrysler AG in the position of senior executive of Sales & Marketing for Maybach and SLR McLaren, he founded GermanTec Automotive in 2005. With his partners he developed the company ever since to a leading automotive company in its field.
BJOERN HEINRICH (CEO)
A high performance Executive with exceptional multi-market experience. Bjoern has done consulting through corporate organizations as well as government on international level. From automotive to IT several interactions mark his experience with a strong combination of economics and Management. His high emotional intelligence with superior relationship building ability bridging cultural and industry support a successful client relationship at all times.
UWE FABIAN (CTO)
Holds a mechanical engineering degree from TU Braunschweig/Brunswick and with more than 25 years with Volkswagen AG, he bridges R&D, sales / business development, and product management. He has led cross - functional initiatives in international markets and works smoothly with public stakeholders on complex, high - stakes programs. His strength is translating ideas into dependable delivery by linking product development, strategy, economics, and operations.

3. Monitoring flawless production proccesses
Starting with contractual details, defining commercial conditions and delivery schedules, coordinating and executing mid-term inspections as per milestones, as well as supervising final- and pre-shipment inspection.
